Sink into serenity with Still Waters, a deeply nourishing 3-hour workshop guided by Tracey Coleman and Katrina Cantu. This sacred space blends the stillness of Yin Yoga, the gentle power of Reiki, the grounding of breathwork, and the vibrational magic of a closing sound bath.
You’ll be guided through a meditative Yin sequence by Tracey, supported by intuitive hands-on and distance Reiki from both Tracey and Katrina. As your body melts into stillness, Katrina will lead you through conscious breathwork practices to deepen your connection to the present moment, and close the experience with a deeply restorative sound bath to soothe your nervous system and seal in the healing.
