Return to Center is a gentle, somatic‑based class that invites you into a sense of wonder, spaciousness, and aliveness. It’s a slow, compassionate approach to meeting what’s alive inside — the parts of you that are steady, the parts that are tender, and even the parts that haven’t had much room to be seen or felt.
This class weaves together somatic coaching skills, Hakomi‑inspired inner listening, intuitive movement, and breathwork that helps the nervous system settle. You’ll be guided in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and deeply human — never rushed, never forced.
You may experience moments of softening, warmth returning to your chest, a loosening of tension you didn’t realize you were holding, or a quiet clarity rising around something you’ve been carrying. There may be a sense of being gently held from the inside, or a feeling of coming home to yourself in a way that’s subtle but unmistakable.
We’ll close with a few minutes of journaling to help integrate what you notice, so please bring a journal and something to write with.
This class is donation‑based, and all are welcome. If someone comes to mind who would benefit from this kind of space, feel free to share the invitation with them.
