You'll be guided on a journey through Reiki, Cacao & Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra, Gentle Movement and more…

A perfect way to spend Thursday evening by creating space for yourself and much needed self-care. This special event will be led with soothing practices intended to open your heart, spark your spirit and recalibrate your senses.

Experience the magic of these healing practices combined together to fill your own cup, create a sense of bliss and Return to Self.

Who is This For?

This event is for anyone who wants to give their body and nervous system a deep rest and nourishment.

However, this is NOT SUITABLE for the following health conditions:

Epilepsy, heart conditions (incl. pacemakers), any metal implants inside the body or first trimester of pregnancy.

Please consult your doctor if you are concerned about any health issues ahead of the session.

If you have any questions at all, please contact the event organiser prior to booking.

What You Will Need:

• Please dress comfortably and although blankets will be provided, please feel free to bring your own.
• Snuggly socks, eye mask and anything else to make yourself extra cosy.
• Water for general hydration.

** Please avoid caffeine at least 2h prior to the event if possible.

About the Event:

We will open up with a short grounding meditation and pranayama practice, which will offer gentle support for the tired and wired minds. The beauty of this event resides within how easy and accessible it is to many, and no experience or knowledge is necessary to attend the session.

Our intention for merging Reiki, Yoga Nidra, Movement, Cacao and Sound is to create a space in which participants can create deeper connection within themselves and be left feeling calm, rested, and energised.

If you are new to Cacao, it has amazing benefits for mood and neurochemistry, as it is packed full of incredible nutrients and also invites us to pause, feel and listen. Allows us to connect with gratitude, shows us for how we can live with more presence and openness to an ever unfolding experience of life. When we approach cacao as a wise teacher and respect the plant spirit, in return we receive loving support for our hearts, minds, and bodies.

About Your Guides:

Boshka Grygoriew-Alvy is very passionate about Meditation as well as Sound Healing, and has been exploring the world of wellness since 2014. Her work is deeply rooted in the ancient teachings of Chinese Medicine and QiGong, but also inspired by Ayurveda and Yoga. Boshka is a certied NAAD Yoga Sound Meditation Practitioner, Restorative Yoga Teacher and a Health Coach specialising in Nutritional Therapy and Mineral Testing, accredited by Yoga Alliance and CMA. Lourdes Orozco is a homeopath (RHomInt), medium-channel and reiki master. She practices these healing modalities in Leeds, UK and online across the globe. She believes that dis-ease is an energetic imbalance and therefore ease comes from an energetic balance that we can be return to. Her life and work are informed by the Three Principles and Non-Dualism. Her understandings of health, disease, cure and healing are founded in these principles as well those of Homeopathy, Reiki, energy healing, shamanism, TCM and Zen Buddhism. She practices from the belief that we are already whole and that healing happens when we tune into that wholeness, the well of wisdom that we all hold within. She believes that her role is to facilitate that journey in a sacred space where you feel supported, held and heard.
