In support of Augie’s Quest to cure ALS

In addition to getting our communities moving, we are proud to partner with Augie’s Quest, a leader in ALS research on a mission to empower hope for a future without this devastating disease.

Every 90 minutes, someone is diagnosed with ALS. Join our by-donation Retro Step/Cardio Dance, with 100% of proceeds going to Augie’s Quest to cure ALS.

For registrants:

• Bring a water bottle and wear clothes you can move and get sweaty in. Athletic clothes and shoes are recommended.
• If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please let us know so we can open up your spot for others to participate!
• Please note proof of donation is required to participate

Getting there:

• Limited free parking is available and metered street parking can be found on surrounding streets.
• Bike racks are available outside the building.
• Bus line 119 runs along Kingsway, and skytrain Expo Line - Royal Oak station is just a 9 min walk.
