Retro Classics with Guest Chef Rosemary Shrager

Treadwell at The Store, Oxford welcomes one of the most familiar faces in British cooking, Rosemary Shrager, for two special dinners on 17 and 18 April.

Guests will enjoy a seated five-course menu created by Rosemary, drawing on classic techniques and well-loved flavours. Expect confident, nostalgic cooking, including celeriac cappuccino, smoked haddock gratin with toasted brioche, navarin of lamb with dauphinoise, and indulgent desserts to finish.

The evening is designed as a relaxed celebration of classic cooking, served in the heart of Oxford on Cornmarket, with the focus firmly on flavour, generosity and pleasure at the table.
