An invitation to go to the heart of our land, to sit in her centre, stretching ourselves into the silence outside - to find the silence within. We are surely held by the spirit of our place, that which is deep and abiding. Let us enter the space and listen, in silence, quietening what so disturbs our own centre.... and become available, by yoga practice, silence, sitting and encouraging a tranquil heart; a relaxed body.There is accommodation available on-site and nearby. There are some single cabins and shared accommodation, as well as swag accommodation if you would like to bring your own.
Retreat Guide:
Caroline Coggins is the founder of The Yoga Centre, an Iyengar school established in 1984. As a school of learning, the home of the Yoga Centre is also in the very large world of online teaching, retreats, intensives – and in people’s hearts. Those who train to become teachers, or train other teachers, and the yoga practitioners who walk the yoga path together.
