ABOUT YOUR SPEAKERS:
Len Strickler:
With over three decades of business experience and financial services knowledge, Len has guided numerous seniors as they navigate through the many options for retirement. He presents strategies for principal protection and income accumulation while mitigating risk. Len has recently published his new book “Way of the Financial Warrior” Where he takes the lessons he has earned as a sixth-degree black belt and applied those principles in a simple, fun and easy-to-understand layman’s terms. Len is also a former student of the University of Alabama, where he graduated with honors.
Len is the co-author of “The Power of Leadership; Being the Leader Producing Results.” He has collaborated with Mr. Tom Hegna who hosts the PBS Special “Don’t Worry, Retire Happy” and “Pay Checks and Play Checks”. Also, Len is an author of over 20 published articles and has made several radio and TV appearances on personal empowerment and financial freedom. Len continues to be an approved member of the National Ethics Association, National Social Security Association, National Association of Professional Agents, Better Business Bureau and National Association of Financial Fiduciaries.
Terek T Wilson:
Terek T Wilson entered the financial services industry in 2009 to make a positive difference in his client’s lives. While being an advisor, Terek also holds multiple leadership positions, helping the firm to perfect and elevate the client experience. His areas of focus include Investment, Income, tax and Retirement Planning, along with strategies in Risk Management and getting individuals and families to where they know they deserve to be.
Terek believes there is no “cookie cutter” approach to planning. Each and every individual/family are unique and each deserves a specific plan tailored to their needs, wants and wishes.
Terek grew up in the Midwest where he won multiple state titles in both Track and Football. Terek then attended Pittsburg State University where he was a captain of the football team and earned multiple recognitions for his play both on and off the field. Terek loves living in South Florida along with continuing to cheer on his favorite Greater Kansas City Sports teams.
Terek spends his free time with his wife Kirstin and their two daughters (Parker and Kylie) He enjoys traveling, food/cooking, working out, reading, spending time with his family, guitar and taking in movies and shows of all genres.
