Coyotes are our neighbors nowadays. And they're here to stay.
Some of you told us you're concerned. Others are curious about the best ways to coexist with these wild animals. Working together with the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, or FWC, we are hosting a Coyote & Gator Awareness Seminar on Wednesday, February 19th, from 6 PM - 8 PM at the Rowe Activity Center (900 NW 43rd Avenue). It's a free event! Join us to learn, ask questions, and get to know the Broward County coyote. Coexisting with alligators will be covered too.
