Info: M.C. introduces Comedienne CLARA-D! Laughter is good for the soul. After facing so much trauma, she made a promise to laugh more than she cries. She produced 5 successful comedy shows between 2023 and 2025.
Claressa is the author of Words of Wisdom poetry and Life after Death: The Journey Continues. Claressa is the founder of Healing In Pieces, LLC. An organization developed to help individuals and families put their lives together one piece at a time through counseling, comedy, and motivational speaking. She released her third book and journal titled, “Healing In Pieces” in January 2024. The book speaks of trauma, emotional restoration, understanding of the criminal justice system and how to put emotional pieces back together again.
Claressa has received several awards for her dedication and community work as well as the 1st recipient of the late Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry’s employee of the year in 2021.
