An in person event to explore fresh perspectives on ADHD & autism for adults navigating demanding work, relationships and responsibilities.
About this Event

Hosted by Matthew Menzies, Chartered Engineer, Certified ADHD Coach and former maths teacher.

Matthew brings professional expertise, lived experience and structure, while recognising that each person is the expert in their own story.

Rethinking ADHD & Autism explores the way we understand ADHD and autism, with useful insights and practical ideas for everyday work and home life.

This monthly Manchester meetup is open to adults with ADHD, autism or both, including those who are diagnosed, awaiting assessment or exploring whether they may be neurodivergent.

This is for you if you are navigating demanding work, relationships and responsibilities, and want to understand yourself better, find more sustainable ways forward and fulfil your potential.

On the second Tuesday of each month, Matthew will introduce a different topic and share fresh perspectives before facilitating a relaxed and thoughtful discussion.

You are welcome to listen, reflect and participate as much or as little as feels comfortable. There is no pressure to speak publicly or share personal experiences.

The aim is for you to leave with a useful insight about yourself and at least one practical idea you can apply across work or everyday life.
