Welcome to the Restore Wellness Health Event!

Join us for Restore Wellness Day, a community wellness experience dedicated to advancing Black health equity and empowering our communities across Ontario.

This one-day event brings together physicians, community leaders, healthcare professionals, and local organizations for a vibrant mix of education, wellness, and networking opportunities. 

Whether you’re a health professional, student, community member, or ally, you’ll find opportunities to learn, connect, and recharge.

What to Expect:

·       Inspiring Speakers & Workshops – interactive sessions led by medical students 

·       Wellness Village – resources from community health partners, local businesses, and sponsors.

·       Health Vitals Checks – free screenings including blood pressure, weight, and HPV.

·       Child Minding Zone – safe, supervised activities for kids while you enjoy the program.

·       Food & Refreshments – nourishing meals and snacks provided.

·       Swag Bags – the first 100 attendees receive a free swag bag!
