Take a mindful pause for you. Join me for a cozy, candlelit morning sound bath designed to restore your nervous system and renew your connection to self before the weekend unfolds.

This 60-minute experience invites you to rest, recalibrate, and come home to yourself. Soothing crystal bowls and grounding sounds guide your body and mind into deep relaxation, helping you unwind and restore balance. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed—ready to move into your weekend with calm and clarity.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything that helps you feel extra cozy, like a blanket or bolster. Please arrive about 5 minutes early to settle in before we begin.
