Restorative Yoga with Tuning Forks J2/19 @6pm
Restorative poses, acupressure points, tuning forks, sound & red light
Relax into gentle poses, using bolsters and other props to support to melt into as you enjoy nourishing vibrations of tunings forks & Tibetan bowls played on meridian points throughout your body. Gentle healing sounds of the universe played around you, creating a sacred space for you to relax mind and body.
We will begin class with an essential oil offering and everyone will have the opportunity to use an acupressure mat to open points on the bottoms of their feet and apply flower essences and magnesium lotion or oil after to prepare the mind & body to relax.
Session will close with the warm glow of red light & peaceful sounds from crystal bowls, harp, ocean drum, gongs, chimes and more.
