Enter a peaceful retreat with our Restorative Yoga with Reiki class. Designed to bring balance and harmony to both body and mind, this unique session combines the gentle, soothing poses of restorative yoga with the healing energy of Reiki. Through supportive poses held for extended periods, you'll gently stretch and open your body, releasing tension and promoting deep relaxation. Reiki, a form of energy healing, will be integrated throughout the session to enhance your overall sense of well-being. As you progress through the practice, you'll experience a shift in your nervous system from a state of stress to deep relaxation, allowing your body to enter a state of profound rest and recovery.
