This class is the perfect way to fully let go, be supported and have gentle assists (optional) to help you release and fully drop into a state of total rest and relaxation! In a world that pushes us to be "busy" all of the time and hold tension deep within, this class is designed to let you step out of the constant and just be. No yoga experience needed.
Class will be 90 minutes in length
