In this two-day training you will learn the following and more:
· What is restorative yoga and what is the goal with the practice.
· The origins of Restorative yoga
· Restorative yoga and its role with the nervous system the rest response.
· How restorative yoga supports deep healing.
· Guided relaxation
· Healing assists during a practice
· Restorative yoga shapes, how to set up the practice and how to adapt the poses.
· Sequencing a restorative yoga class

Two day training (must attend both days)
Saturday, November 22nd – 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday, November 23rd – 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
$475.00
Students who hold an existing 200 Hour Yoga certification will be able to teach restorative yoga and are eligible for 15 Hours of CEU’s with Yoga Alliance after completing the three day training.
Students who are not 200 HR CYT (certified yoga teacher) are welcome to join the training to deepen their own practice and
