Join us on the last Sunday of every month for a sequence of restful, prop-supported poses designed to relax the body. The last 20-minutes are reserved for Yoga Nidra - a guided process of releasing effort in the body, mind, and breathing, designed to create space for healing, intentions, and fresh directions.

* You may register for either option until 6:10pm [Eastern/U.S.]
* If attending IN-STUDIO, please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
* If practicing AT-HOME, your Zoom link will be emailed to you on the day of class.
