This course is for all yoga teachers and can also be 55 hours towards your RYT 500 designation or if you are already an RYT 500…consider taking this course for your Yoga Alliance continuing education!
What you will Learn!
Learn 15+ restorative yoga poses and how to apply their healing powers in your own practice and to your students.
Learn how props are your friends and how to guide a deep energetic experience of the chakras through opening the heart and relaxation.
You will come away knowing how to teach the following poses:
