Join me in our safe space @ The Yoga Barn in South Cave to relax, reconnect, recharge and to find some inner peace, to allow the hustle and bustle of our daily lives to be released.This class will allow you to unplug and switch off from the outside world, to unwind and feel more centred.
Being completely supported by props we can focus on our breath to ease, release and shift the nervous system to balance.
The class is suitable to all; beginners, yogis, stress relief seekers, people with limited mobility, athletes, post surgery or illness recovery...... basically anyone looking for a deep relaxation 😌
