Speakers bio:

is the founder and Managing Director of (UK) Limited who work with businesses in the UK supporting them to develop their people, leaders and teams.

Michelle is the Area network Ambassador for Engage for Success Yorkshire and Humber, leading and collaborating with other Area Network Ambassadors and Engage for Success leads to raise the profile of engagement across the UK and in the region.

Michelle has a BA (Hons) in Business Management, won the Gold Award for Trainer of the Year in 2006 and became a qualified Coach through The Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring (OCM) as well as being a member of the Learning & Performance Institute (MLPI)
