We will relax and restore our bodies using props to support our bodies into our deepest rejuvenating postures. While relaxing our bodies and allowing our nervous systems to unwind and reset we will recharge our cells in the EESystem activating our energy centers and cell gently.
The EESystem is a hyper healthy environment that allows the body to come back to balance, supports self-healing mechanisms, can boost cellular health and much more. Coupling the EES with Teressa’s restorative yoga will be a special experience.
Teressa will then guide us in a gentle meditation for us to reflect upon and then journal about. Props will be provided, please bring your journal, a pen, your yoga mat and anything that will make you feel cozy.
