We deal with so many life stressors that can create or worsen anxiety. This class is a great way to restore balance. Participants will practice restorative yoga postures(supported postures using no muscular effort, held for 5-10 minutes), calming pranayama, mudras and guided meditation that serve to alleviate stress and anxiety. Essential oils will be diffused and weighted sandbags will be used to enhance your experience of relaxation, release, and deep restoration.
