This is an invitation to reflect on and embrace the deeper symbolism of Spring in a contemplative practice that consists of a gentle fluid warm up sequence, cleansing pranayama, and restorative postures that encourage physical and mental release and healing, reawakening dormant energies as we enter this season of growth and new beginnings. The healing techniques of Reiki will be shared during class to bring about inner balance and deep relaxation.
