New to Treetops in 2026, Restorative Yoga is a gentle and passive practice using props like bolsters, blankets, cushions, blocks, straps and duvets, that is suitable for everyone, and is perfect at the end of the day.The poses are held for extended periods, as a non-strenuous practice that focuses on stillness rather than building strength or flexibility.
Restorative Yoga with Rachel, focuses on deep relaxation, stress reduction and quietening of the nervous system. It encourages stillness and breath awareness which releases physical and mental tension throughout the body and mind.
