This practice slows and opens the body through passive stretching. In a restorative class, you may hardly move, doing just a few postures in an hour. It is an entirely different experience than most contemporary yoga.
We supply all props (yoga blocks, belts, blankets), though you are welcome to bring your own.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time to use the restroom, set up your spot, and settle in for class.
If you have any physical restrictions or medical conditions that limit your movement, please talk to your instructor before the class to determine if and what modifications may be needed for you to get the most benefit out of the class.
Of course, all are welcome to come in and participate!
