Restorative Yoga Class

Using props and long-held poses, the body unwinds, the nervous system resets, and stress melts away. This is a space for nourishment, deep conscious rest, and reconnection—especially if you’re feeling overstimulated, exhausted, or simply in need of a quiet moment for yourself .
Over 75 minutes, we move through a few supported poses held in silence, allowing the body to settle and the mind to soften. From deep relaxation , energy is gently restored—nourishing you from the inside out.

Marta offers a space of deep care and kindness, where students are invited to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with themselves. Through Restorative Yoga, she guides others toward calm, clarity, and balance. Slowing down through this practice transformed her own life—and now she shares it to help others reduce stress, shift perspective, and rediscover a sense of inner ease.

You’re welcome to arrive at the studio up to 15 minutes before class begins—this is a great moment to settle in and have a chat with the teacher. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, are pregnant or in the early postpartum period, or simply feel there’s something important to share, this time allows for that.
Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
For Restorative Yoga, we also recommend bringing an eye pillow or a small towel, cloth, or scarf for extra comfort.
Each session is guided with compassion, creating a safe environment where you are free to move (and or rest) at your own pace. No previous experience is needed. Just come as you are.
