Restorative Yoga & Soundbath

As the days shorten and we step into the deepening quiet of autumn and early winter, join us for an evening of rest, reflection, and nourishment. This workshop invites you to soften into our bodies, honouring the natural cycle of turning inward.
We’ll begin with a gentle movement warm-up, awakening sensitivity to body, breath, and space. From here, we move into an hour of Restorative Yoga, supported by props and stillness to release tension and invite deep rest. The journey continues with a one-hour Sound Bath, where layers of resonant sound will carry you into spacious presence and restoration.
Afterwards, we’ll gather for tea and homemade cake and community as we gently return.
