Join Jenae for a 75-min session dedicated to full-body nourishment. We'll move through intentionally supportive restorative yoga postures alongside gentle somatic movements to give our bodies the rest it's asking for. This series is accompanied with therapeutic sound healing that compliments our postures and brings our bodies into a deeper state of rest. No experience required, see this as your permission slip to slow down.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
