This style of yoga focuses on stillness, breath awareness, and calming the nervous system. It’s ideal for stress relief, recovery from injury or illness, or simply slowing down and resetting the body and mind. Perfect for any fitness level and especially beneficial for anyone dealing with stress, anxiety, fatigue, grief, or physical limitations.A Sound bath is a deeply meditative and therapeutic experience that uses the vibrational sounds of crystal singing bowls to promote relaxation, healing, and energetic balance. Participants will lie down comfortably in Restorative postures while Meagan plays quartz crystal bowls tuned to specific frequencies that correspond to the body's energy centers (chakras).
