As we approach the New Moon, join us for a 90-minute transformative journey into stillness and self-discovery. This collaborative workshop, led by Reiki practitioner and yoga instructor Jana and sound facilitator Jen, invites you to turn inward and connect with your deepest truths.This unique experience combines gentle restorative yoga and sound healing to guide you through the practice of pratyahara - the conscious withdrawal of energy from the senses. As we quiet the external world, we create space to listen to our inner voice and divine the path ahead.
Jana will lead you through a nurturing restorative yoga practice, offering prompts for self-reflection and intention setting. Jen's immersive soundscape will deepen your journey inward, helping to dissolve the barriers between your conscious mind and your innermost wisdom.
