Treat yourself to an afternoon of relaxation with our popular Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra workshop. In Restorative Yoga, we practice passive postures using blocks, blankets, bolsters and other props, which allow the body to gently stretch and open. Kate will guide you through a series of supported postures and lead an extended guided Yoga Nidra relaxation to end the session, designed to help to cultivate mental steadiness and ease. You will leave this workshop feeling calm, refreshed and renewed.
