Join Kendall, owner of The Healing Loft, and Carly, owner of Waves of Change Coalition for an evening of restorative yoga and sound healing.
You’ll be guided through long-held, fully supported postures while immersed in the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, gongs, rain sticks, and drums—designed to help the body unwind and the mind settle.
25% of proceeds from each ticket purchased will be donated to The Martel Family. Props are provided, but feel free to bring anything of your own that you'd like. Dress comfortably and come as you are.
February is Carly’s birthday month so she chose the organization that our proceeds will benefit. This month she chose a personal mission. Her 13yo cousin, William, who has already faced more health challenges than most adults, is facing the “fire fight” of his life. While the initial prognosis is favorable after undergoing brain surgery for a biopsy, the road ahead will be long and arduous for William and his family. While his recovery includes many unknowns, it also includes rounds of radiation and chemotherapy. While William is facing adversities most 13yo couldn’t dream of, he is also just a 13yo boy who loves his dog, his family, fire fighters, and hunting. We are honored to share 25% of our proceeds along with any other generous donations from our community to support the Martel’s during this difficult time.
