Restorative Yoga and Sound bath with Bernice Pierre eRYT-500

Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that invites you to slow down, soften, and truly let go. Using props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, and sandbags, each pose fully supports your body so you can release layers of tension—without effort, stretching, or strain.

This gentle, meditative class activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body shift from stress into rest and healing. Long-held, supported poses become a sanctuary for mind and spirit, drawing your awareness inward and creating space to reconnect with yourself.

Often described as “the art of conscious relaxation,” Restorative Yoga teaches patience and presence. With each supported posture, you’ll cultivate stillness, discover where tension is hiding, and learn to invite comfort and ease into every breath.

The class concludes with a Sound Bath, layering soothing tones over your practice to leave you feeling profoundly calm, centered, and renewed—body, mind, and heart.

Bernice is an experienced E-RYT 200/RYT 500 yoga teacher specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and SUP Yoga, with over a decade of teaching experience and training in the U.S. and India. A Reiki Master, Sound Bowl Healer, and Cacao Facilitator, she creates calming, restorative experiences that help students release tension and reconnect with themselves.
