Compass Point home of Dirty Girl Adventures is EXCITED to bring you MORE YOGA! We belive that practicing yoga is good for everyone. Yoga helps build strength, balance, breath and mindfulness. We're happy that we've found Katie from Kalalapa Yoga to teach weekly on Wednesdays!
Class is from 5:45 - 6:45 every Wednesday
Please arrive by 5:30 in order to be settled and ready for class start at 5:45
Classes will be focused on building strength, balance and restorative practices.
Class Cost Walk-ins: $15
Punch cards are available: 10 classes at $10 each

My name is Katie. You can often find me sharing space in NOTO at Iron Warriors Gym—when people aren’t sparring, they’re rolling out their mats and practicing yoga with me.
After teaching secondary school for many years, I decided to change things up in the spring of 2025. Yoga quickly became my new path. After completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training, I launched my brand, Kalalapa Yoga. It has been a wild ride so far—opening new doors, meeting incredible people, and sharing the joy of yoga with my community.
I’m excited to collaborate with Dirty Girl Adventures by offering a weekly yoga class that will be a little different from the classes I teach at Iron Warriors Gym.
Join me on your mat each Wednesday at 5:45 PM as we blend Hatha and Yin yoga into a calming, restorative practice. Some sessions will even take place outdoors, weather permitting, offering another beautiful way to ground ourselves and step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Each class will close with guided meditation, leaving you relaxed, refreshed, and reconnected.
I’m really looking forward to meeting new friends and building community through movement and mindfulness.
