There’s something about practicing yoga outside that just hits different.Barefoot Yoga at the Lake is a laid-back, all-levels community yoga class held right by the water at Lake Shawnee. We’ll roll out our mats on the grass, breathe in the fresh air, move our bodies, and take a little time to slow down and reconnect with nature.
No studio walls.
No pressure.
Just movement, breath, sunshine, and good people.
This class is open to all experience levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
🌿 You pick the donation when you register, making this a flexible and accessible community offering.
What to bring:
• A yoga mat or towel
• Water
• Sunscreen if you want it
• Anything else that helps you stay comfortable outside

Tinman Circle at Lake Shawnee in Topeka
Across from the playground near the water.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the class will be rescheduled and everyone registered will be notified.
