Could you use some time to relax and unwind?Feeling stressed and craving peace and quiet?
If so, join us for a 4-part Restorative Yoga Series at Ignite Yoga & Wellness designed to help you reset, recharge, and restore balance.
In each one-hour class, your instructor will gently guide you into restorative yoga poses held for 7–10 minutes, supported by props, soft music, and candlelight. This soothing practice melts away tension and nurtures deep relaxation. Once you experience it, you’ll understand why restorative yoga is a class you’ll want to return to again and again.
This series is open to all levels—no yoga experience required.
What to Bring:
Please bring your own yoga mat and props (none are provided). For the best experience, we recommend:
2 yoga blocks
1 bolster (or a firm pillow)
1–2 blankets or large towels
1 eye pillow (or a small cloth to cover your eyes)
Mats and blocks are available for purchase at the studio in limited quantities.
