In Yin/Restorative Yoga we will focus on promoting relaxation in body, mind and spirit. All levels are welcome. We will move at a gentle pace, emphasizing long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Our 75 min class concludes with a warm washcloth for extra relaxation and warm tea/coffee and snack.Please bring any additional props you may need to feel more at ease (blocks, pillows, or blankets)
