Soften into your body with a yin yoga practice designed to gently release tension held in the body and connect with your intuitive wisdom.
About this Event

This practice offers a compassionate, functional approach to settling and surrendering within your body through slow, meditative poses, held mostly on the ground, in stillness for 3-5 minutes. Tune inwards to balance the nervous system, harmonize energy flow, and encourage deep myofascial release through work with the connective tissues (joints, tendons, ligaments). All experience levels are welcome.
