Restore Guided Meditation In Salt Room

This new meditation class in our Salt Room pairs practice and environment together for deep restoration and reconnection with self. Each week, enjoy a short reading or reflection, optional group sharing, and a guided meditation with light breathwork, all cultivated for maximum relaxation and reset.

Class takes place in our peaceful Salt Room. Here, you'll be surrounded by the warm glow of thousands of pounds of ancient Himalayan pink salt, and can experience the benefits of salt therapy, breathing in microparticles of salt that help cleanse the respiratory system and rejuvenate the skin.

Open to all levels of experience.

Yoga Mats are available but you are more than welcome to bring your own!
