Restorative Yin with Oracle Cards

This is a spiritual 90 minutes, as well as a restorative practice. I’m going to prepare the room ahead with sage and intentions. I’ll be setting the props ahead of time so spacing is comfortable. After a brief explanation, l’ll open our time together with a short mediation to invite messages through the cards. I’ll walk around offer them and then collect them. As we move through the restorative poses, I’ll read them all anonymously.
Wear warm, loose comfortable clothing and an open heart.
