Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) releases tension in the body while creating strength and flexibility. Using a Yamuna ball, we will anatomically roll through tight and misaligned muscles. This creates Body Sustainability by working out stiffness and improves range of motion by creating space in the body. YBR can help prevent injuries and heal breakdowns.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Lucibel brings over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, with a deep passion for movement, healing, and personal transformation. She previously owned and operated a group fitness studio in Santa Rosa for nine years, where she cultivated a strong sense of community and empowering wellness experiences. For the past decade, Lucibel has also worked as a transformational coach, supporting both her own growth and that of others through intentional, holistic practices.
Currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Lucibel is expanding her work to integrate mental, emotional, and relational health with physical well-being. Her approach focuses on treating the whole person rather than isolated symptoms. In her Yamuna Body Rolling classes, she creates a space that fosters alignment, self-awareness, and sustainable transformation from the inside out.
