This 75-minute experience will take you on a journey into deep relaxation and pure bliss. Class will begin with an intention-based grounding meditation followed by some restorative yoga postures. Then, you’ll get cozy on your mat for a long savasana accompanied by the beautiful healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other resonant sounds to help seal your intentions and access a deep meditative and peaceful state.Sound baths have been proven to reduce stress and improve mental clarity, intuition, sleep quality and overall vitality. What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, bolster/pillow, eye mask or whatever will enhance your comfort experience. We have a limited number of bolsters and blankets, so they will be available on a first come first served basis.
