Sound Bath with Lavender Aromatherapy in Riverside

Immerse Yourself in Deep Relaxation & Restoration

Experience a 45-minute crystal singing bowl sound bath enhanced by soothing lavender aromatherapy. This session is led by Adriana Dobbs, a certified sound practitioner through the Vibrational Sound Association (VSA) & International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA), designed to retune your body, mind, and spirit, promoting balance and well-being.

✨ Helps alleviate fatigue and symptoms of depression
✨ Lowers heart rate and blood pressure

This experience is not recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy, individuals with thrombosis, or those with hypotension (low blood pressure). If you are pregnant beyond your first trimester, please consult your doctor before attending.

If you have a severe mental health disorder, a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), sensory challenges, or are prone to seizures, please consult your doctor before participating.

Sound bath sessions may produce monaural beats (which differ from binaural beats). If you wear a cochlear implant, please inform your sound facilitator.

(Inside the Wintson Family YMCA - enter through the YMCA's main entrance, and take the first hallway on the right before the front desk. Go through the double glass doors, and Sound Bath will be on your left.)

🧘‍♀️ Yoga Mat Experience – We provide a yoga mat, small bolster, and blanket. If you have your own yoga mat or a thick blanket, bringing it can provide extra comfort and cushioning. A small pillow can also support your lower back.

Arrivals & Cancellation Policy

✔ Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in. Doors open at 5:40pm
✔ Doors close at the scheduled start time – due to the nature of this experience, late arrivals will not be permitted.
✔ Sessions are non-refundable. However, to prioritize everyone's well-being, if you are feeling unwell, please contact Adriana at [email protected] for reschedule options. Sessions are forfeited for no shows.
