Restorative Sound Bath for Grievers

Grief can be emotionally and physically exhausting. While there are many opportunities for grievers to talk about and process your loss, there are few opportunities to simply rest, receive support, and take a break from the effort of carrying grief.

Join us for an evening of a gentle, supportive space where participants can slow down and settle into a state of rest and relaxation. Through therapeutic sound, guided relaxation, and intentional periods of stillness, participants will be invited to simply be present with whatever you are experiencing—without any expectation to share, participate verbally, or “work through” your grief. You are welcome here.

To help you fully relax during the sound bath, we encourage you to dress in comfortable, layered clothing. As mats and blankets are not provided, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or any items that will help you feel warm and supported while resting on the floor.
