Restorative Sound Bath

Hi! I'm Kelli, a certified sound healing facilitator and I'm passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find a little more ease in the middle of our busy lives. My hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and a little more like yourself.

Join me for a 60-minute restorative sound bath designed to help you unwind, settle your nervous system, and simply take a break from the constant doing. You'll get comfortable while you're immersed in the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls and other gentle instruments, creating space for deep rest and relaxation.

You don't need any experience with meditation or sound baths—there's nothing to do, nothing to get right, and no expectation to feel a certain way. Just come as you are and allow yourself an hour to pause.

We'll be gathering at Woo-Woo, one of Portland's sweetest community wellness spaces. Their cozy, welcoming studio is all about creating opportunities to slow down, connect, and care for yourself, making it the perfect place to spend a peaceful Sunday afternoon.

Community is something I care deeply about, and my hope is that these gatherings become a place where people feel welcome, supported, and connected.

If you're coming with a friend, that's wonderful. If you're coming on your own, I especially want to encourage you to join us. Some of the best connections begin when we simply show up.

After the sound bath, we'll have a few minutes to have some tea and time to linger, chat, and meet one another. There's absolutely no pressure to stay, but if you're looking to connect with like-minded people in the Portland community, I'd love for you to stick around.

Doors open at 2:45 PM so you can get settled before we begin promptly at 3:00 PM.

Whether this is your first sound bath or your fiftieth, I'd love to have you there. I can't wait to share this hour of rest with you.
