Restorative Sound Bath

Join us for a sound bath session. The soothing sounds of the crystal bowls will weave together in a harmonious symphony, creating a meditative atmosphere where stress melts away and tensions dissolve. The vibrations of the bowls are known to align and balance energies within the body, fostering a state of deep relaxation and clarity.

The combination of crystal singing bowls and gong creates a dynamic sonic landscape that encourages mindfulness and facilitates a deeper connection with oneself.

During the event, you’ll have the opportunity to sit or lie on the floor, allowing the sound vibrations to envelop you and guide you into a state of profound relaxation. As you close your eyes and surrender to the soundscape, you may experience a sense of release, renewal, and inner harmony.

Whether you’re seeking relief from everyday stress, looking to enhance your meditation practice, or simply craving a moment of tranquility, our Sound Bath event offers a sanctuary for self-care and rejuvenation. Join us for an evening of transformative sound, where you can nurture your well-being and restore balance to your life.

Please bring: Blanket, yoga mat (or extra blanket), pillow (Extra pillow or bolster for under knees can support your lower back), water, openness to the experience, eye mask (optional).

Note: This event is for those 16 years and older. A Stilly Valley Health Connection release form will be signed at the event. Doors will close and class will begin PROMPTLY at the start time to ensure the integrity of the experience, so attendees should plan 10 minutes early. No late entry!
