In Restorative Aerial Yoga, the silks are lowered to just above the ground, so your body is always supported and grounded. Using the hammock as an extension of the floor, we create gentle traction, supported inversions, and spinal decompression without ever leaving the earth.
Think: long holds, breath-led stretching, nervous system reset, and full permission to let go.
