Sink into stillness and create your own cocoon of comfort right on the floor. Instead of floating in the hammock, you’ll be resting on a mat with layers of coziness—bring your favorite blanket, fuzzy socks, an eye mask or washcloth for your eyes, and as many pillows as your heart desires. I’ll have bolsters waiting for you too.
As you settle in, I’ll play sound bowls to send waves of vibration through the space, gently melting tension, clearing energy, and inviting your whole being into deep rest.
