This month I have the huge pleasure of welcoming the lovely Sharon Naomi along who will do some beautiful reiki treatments alongside the Sound bath. Blessings to you all! I've been practising the beautiful healing art of Reiki for the last 10 years. I'll be offering a very special treatment whilst Heather, my friend does her own artwork in the creation of her blissful Sound bath.
Reiki is a deeply healing hands on session which was inspired many years ago by Dr. Usui.

Heather has 17 years experience being a sound healer & Shamanic practitioner & will weave together a sonic tapestry of sound for you to soak up, deeply relax to & enjoy.
Scientists have now proven that partaking in a Sound bath does improve your body's ability to heal itself. The cells are gently enlivened with the vibrations of the gong, drum, voice, chimes & more.
Bring a mat, blanket and pillow with you & cocoon yourself so you can really relax.
Contraindications apply - Not recommended within 1st trimester of pregnancy, for sufferers of tinnitus or anyone with a heart condition or who wears a pacemaker.
