Renew & Emerge into Spring is a deeply restful sound bath designed to help you release winter heaviness and ease gently into the new season.

You’ll be welcomed with a cup of soothing herbal tea on arrival, offering a moment to settle, arrive and transition out of the day before the session begins. The sound bath itself invites deep rest as you lie comfortably, supported by mats, blankets and props, while waves of sound from crystal bowls, gongs and chimes guide the body into stillness.

This is a slow, nurturing space to soften, reset the nervous system and support a sense of lightness and renewal. No experience is needed, simply come as you are, ready to rest.
